5) Recipients (processors) and international transfers

We use trusted service providers acting under our instructions:

• Webflow, Inc. – website hosting and form delivery (processor).
• MailerLite – email marketing and consent records (processor).

Some providers may process data outside the EEA/UK. Where this occurs, we use appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and complementary measures as required. You can contact us to obtain a copy of the applicable safeguards.

We do not sell your data or share it with independent third parties for their own marketing.

6) Retention

• Newsletter subscribers: kept until you withdraw consent (unsubscribe) or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever happens first.
• Enquiries (future): up to 12 months after closing the request.
  We may retain minimal records to demonstrate compliance (e.g., consent logs) for longer if legally necessary.

7) Your rights (EU/UK GDPR)

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to certain processing, and port your data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (this won’t affect past lawful processing).
